Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours during our regular work hours, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. We ship daily – excluding US holidays and weekends. Please see our hours of operation so you are aware of our shipping limitations.
During winter holidays and special sales events, it can take a little longer. Paylessforetail.com typically uses USPS and FedEx. Insurance against loss & damage is included in all shipping rates within the USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Paylessforetail.com ships worldwide (however, we do not ship to every country). Some places we do not ship to include: Italy, Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, the continent of Africa, South America (except Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador & Chile), Russia, Ukraine, and Mexico. This is not an inclusive list, so please make sure we ship to your country prior to ordering.
International shipments can take as much as 45 days to arrive to some countries and customers are responsible for importation costs.
Unfortunately, due to DOT air transportation regulations, we are unable to ship nail polish and pressure-packed products internationally.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL FOR USA BUYERS:
To file a claim for a lost or damaged parcel, you must email us all information including the order number within 15 days of the order date. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days from the order date. We process claims for loss/damage with the USPS after 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that ALL claims for lost/damaged parcels or products will have a minimum 30 day wait period before we can process the claim. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on the current claim processing time at USPS. We may require additional info before we can accept your claim. This may include photographic evidence of shipping damage. When using FedEx shipping options: if a parcel is returned to us for any reason, FedEx will charge a return parcel fee. We will deduct this fee from the amount we refund you.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
You must email us your order number, within 20 days of the order date. Claims made after 20 days from the order date will not be accepted. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from the date of shipment (for most countries). In select countries, it can take up to 90 days from the shipment date.
Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on the current claim processing time.
Paylessforetail.com operates Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM PT (excluding US holidays). We process orders during these same business hours. Orders received Thursday before 9 a.m. Pacific Time will process that day. Orders received after 9 a.m. on Thursdays will not process until the following Monday. Orders received Friday-Sunday will process the following Monday.
INSIDE THE USA:
Economy Shipping will take about 5-10 days.
FedEx Home Delivery will take about5-7 days (no expedited US services are available)
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery times are impossible to calculate due to customs involvement.
Certain items are considered Hazardous Materials. These include aerosols and alcohol-based products (like fragrance, nail polish, etc.). These are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped Ground-only due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we require FedEx Ground shipping. These items cannot be shipped outside the USA or to Alaska or Hawaii.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
As the buyer/importer, it is up to you to know what can and cannot be shipped into your country. If an order is taken by customs due to restricted/prohibited products or for any other compliance issue, paylessforetail.com will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order. The details of the shipment, such as country of origin, manufacturer, manufacturer address, packaging information, and compliance details are not provided by paylessforetail.com.
It is solely your responsibility to provide the necessary information to your customs department. Especially for larger orders, we suggest you contact us before placing an order so we can accommodate you in preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information.
