Eligible Returns
We only accept returns of items that are:
•     New
•     Unused
•     Untested
•     Sold sealed
Any item sold unsealed is FINAL SALE.

Used, tested, or opened products will be disposed of and are not eligible for refund.

International orders are not eligible for return; all international sales are final.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment date.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different products.

Restocking Fees: 10% restocking fee

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Return Procedure

If you believe an item is defective, we will inspect it upon return.
•     If deemed unsatisfactory/defective, you will receive a full refund plus first‑class return shipping reimbursement.
•     If deemed usable, no refund will be issued. The item can be returned to you at your expense or disposed of.

Include in Your Return Package
1.     Order number clearly written on the outside of the package.
2.     Product(s) well wrapped and packaged.

Payment Policy
•     All prices are listed in USD.
•     Customers using other currencies may incur bank or card conversion fees, which we cannot refund or credit.

Shipping Address Requirements
